We only deliver our products to California, for other inquiries please contact us.

Maudet’s ships via USPS and UPS. Shipments are available for delivery Tuesday-Friday. Due to the USPS and UPS shipping schedule, Maudet’s cannot ship for arrival on Sundays or Mondays. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery.

Please be aware of any specific delivery policies at your shipping destination.

Maudet’s cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address, or for shipping delays resulting from inclement weather. Maudet’s will provide you with a UPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Due to their perishable nature, our products must arrive 1 day after they are shipped.

Our products are made fresh to order daily, packed same day with thermal packaging. We only guarantee freshness on orders shipping next day.

If you are located more than 150 miles from our office location then you will have a 2 day delivery and the product will be frozen before shipping to preserve quality.

We recommand you to place immediately our products in your refrigerator and use them within 7 days.

If you are unsatisfied with your order or it was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 2 days of your ordering date.

Due to the perishable nature of our products there are NO RETURNS AND NO REFUNDS.


What happens if I’m not home to receive my delivery or shipment?

Maudet’s does not require a signature for your delivery or shipment, however we can only guarantee the quality of our product if it is received by the shipping time or day selected by the customer. According to USPS and UPS & Maudet’s policy the drivers will only leave the package at a recipient’s door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is ‘safe’ and reasonable to do so.


How do I track my shipment?

To track your Maudet’s shipment please use the tracking # which you received in the order confirmation that was emailed to you.
