Maudet’s ships via USPS or UPS. Shipments are available from Wednesday to Friday for delivery Thursday- Saturday. Due to the USPS and UPS shipping schedule, Maudet’s cannot ship for arrival on Sundays or Mondays. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery.
Please be aware of any specific delivery policies at your shipping destination.
Maudet’s cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address, or for shipping delays resulting from inclement weather. Maudet’s will provide you with a UPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Due to their perishable nature, our products must arrive 1 or 2 days after they are shipped.
Our products are packed with thermal packaging.
We recommand you to place immediately our products in your refrigerator and use them within 7 days.
If you are unsatisfied with your order or it was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 2 days of your ordering date.
Due to the perishable nature of our products there are NO RETURNS AND NO REFUNDS.
What happens if I’m not home to receive my delivery or shipment?
Maudet’s does not require a signature for your delivery or shipment, however we can only guarantee the quality of our product if it is received by the shipping time or day selected by the customer. According to UPS & Maudet’s policy the drivers will only leave the package at a recipient’s door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is ‘safe’ and reasonable to do so.
How do I track my shipment?
To track your Maudet’s shipment please use the tracking # which you received in the order confirmation that was emailed to you.
